How does buying a property plot work?

Thanks to our smart investment concept, we offer affordable plots of agricultural land that have been carefully selected by our specialists. Consideration has been given to a strategic location for the possible construction of homes, business parks or recreational areas. We sell large parcels in one go to large (institutional) investors or divide parcels to make it possible for smaller investors to invest in land.

From investor to landowner

Once you have decided to purchase the land offered by Suntorian Sustainable Partners, the next steps are quite simple. At Suntorian Sustainable Partners you don’t have to worry about long procedures and complicated actions. We are happy to help you with your purchase and guide you through the notarial process.

Step 1: You will receive (when you visit us or by email):

  • The purchase agreementThe purchase agreement states, among other things, what the amount is you want to purchase for and the price per m².
  • The BelehrungsstatementThis is a statement stating that you accept potential risks associated with your investment.
  • Client profile form – Here you will be asked to answer some questions about your experience in investing and the origin of your funds.

Step 2: When you have completed, signed and returned the above documents together with your proof of identity, the documents will be send to the notary’s office. The notary will usually send you the draft deed of delivery, the final settlement with the purchase price and the date of delivery within approx. 2 weeks.

Stap 3: After payment of the amount on the third-party account of the notary, the notary will take care of the title deed for you. The civil-law notary also takes care of the division of the parcel and the allocation of your lot number. After this you have actually become the legal owner of the property plot.

Step 1: You will receive the required documents along with the contract when you visit us or by email.

Step 2: you sign and return the documents together with your proof of identity and the documents will be send to the notary’s office.

Step 3: After payment of the amount on the third-party bank account of the notary, the notary takes care of the title deed, plus the copy of the cadastral credit, after which you are actually the legal owner of the property plot.

Please note

It is currently very busy at the notary offices in the Netherlands. We do our utmost to find the best available notary to make the notarial process as quickly as possible for you. However, it may happen that passing your property plot takes a little longer than you are used to. We kindly ask for your understanding.

If you have any questions regarding our concept, the working method, our strategy or services, you can reach us by telephone from Monday to Friday on telephone number: +3175 7600755 or send your an email.
